As Director of Economic Consulting at Altus Group, I led a multidisciplinary team delivering policy-focused economic analysis for public and private sector clients. I oversaw the development of economic forecasts and financial models to support land-use planning, infrastructure investment, and policy decisions, while also bringing in real-world insight through stakeholder engagement and market intelligence. My role also included translating complex analysis into clear reports and presentations, and driving process improvements—using tools like AI—to enhance how we build models and proposals.
